The housing policy comprises of various programs to empower TCI Islanders and uplift the quality of life for all who reside in the TCI.

The critical objective of the policy is to provide adequate shelter, affordable housing, and acceptable housing options throughout the Turks and Caicos Islands in sufficient quantity and quality to rebalance the supply demand curve and improve the living conditions for working people.
